Not one had an adverse reaction, other than the known headaches and fatigue that commonly occur the day after the 2nd shot.
Meanwhile, mass vaccination campaigns have massively reduced hospitalizations and deaths from the disease. In Israel alone deaths have decreased 90% in just 8 weeks.
If anti-vaxxers had their way, 1 of 5 children would still be dying of smallpox and polio would be crippling tens of thousands every year.

Anyone can look at the trend of communicable disease deaths since 1900, and when the vaccines were introduced. Sanitation and nutrition gave us 90+% of the reductions in deaths.
