Why ask?
The ChiComs don’t need any more of us than is needed to maintain the infrastructure until they arrive to colonize.
These implants in humans will be kinda like the Associated Press wire—so that everyone can immediately know the constantly changing .gov party line—and parrot it on command.
This will become important as “science” might discover new genders every thirty seconds, and new hate crimes might be created every twenty seconds.
Ignorance of the views of the enlightened “experts” will no longer be an excuse.
This is what they mean when they say “follow the science”.
