Man, you should hear the stories that I hear when visiting legitimate Sellers! They tell me horror stories about other "investors" who are rude and bullying. They bring this up to us since my wife and I are a stark contrast to that crap and are there to try and help. Our motto is "People before Profits!". It pisses me off to hear about the numerous predators out there, just in Denver!
As another FReeper posted, some of these nuts drive around taking pictures of your home to send you on a postcard solicitation. Are they SERIOUS?!!!!
