Rand Paul: We have no national interest in Africa

I respect Paul, but he's wrong. Africa is an entire continent, filled with a wealth of natural resources. As things are currently going, it will fall into China's sphere of influence. It's shortsighted for us to remain fixated on Western Europe when so much of the future will be decided elsewhere.
