It was a big event. They had inter-agency response from probably 100 miles out. Cops kept rolling in for nearly 2 hours. Hundreds. I would hope this was done because they had no idea what they were dealing with. One can imagine the potential for violent chaos from say just 6 of these suspects, if it was well coordinated. With dead bodies all over the place, I would assume they just didn’t know exactly what they were dealing with.
Six? Just two with a well thought out plan could upend most police response.
The milling about did not happen after numerous agencies responded 10 or 15 minutes later.
It happened within 2-3 minutes, before a lot of interagency response.
Shots were still being fired inside.
