It was a big event. They had inter-agency response from probably 100 miles out. Cops kept rolling in for nearly 2 hours. Hundreds. I would hope this was done because they had no idea what they were dealing with. One can imagine the potential for violent chaos from say just 6 of these suspects, if it was well coordinated. With dead bodies all over the place, I would assume they just didn’t know exactly what they were dealing with.
Six? Just two with a well thought out plan could upend most police response.
The milling about did not happen after numerous agencies responded 10 or 15 minutes later.
It happened within 2-3 minutes, before a lot of interagency response.
Shots were still being fired inside.

Pretty sad that you use the deaths of 10 people as fodder for conspiracy theories. But given your comments about quantum financial systems, med needs, Biden body doubles, etc, it’s not unexpected.
