There's nothing 'wrong' with the bill. It's a bill that is virtually identical - damn near verbatim - to a number of other bills passed by other GOP states.

Exactly what could be added to the bill that would prohibit the NCAA from 'punishing' S.D. (nothing, is the answer. The NCAA is going to do what it wants to do).

Republican politicians have to have the courage to back up their rhetoric. Too many, don't. It's that simple.
