Mrs and I are visiting family in Houston, Texas. We went to Taste of Texas to eat last evening. I had a cowboy ribeye charred and it was exceptional.
Loved every morsel as it was so delicious!

They call their charcuterie vegan, which is not what a charcuterie is.. and their non alcoholic bar a bar, which isn’t necessarily so my auto repair shop is now called a “car restaurant”.
