Two North Carolina men visiting South Beach have been... accused of drugging and raping a woman who later died in her hotel room, police say.
The men, Evoire Collier, 21, and Dorian Taylor, 24, are also accused of stealing the woman’s credit cards to spend money on their trip in South Beach.... The Miami-Dade Medical Examiner’s Office said Monday it is conducting further tests....
... The charges Collier and Taylor face are far more serious: burglary with battery, sexual battery, petty theft and the fraudulent use of a credit card. If the drug they gave her is proven to have played a role in her death, the men could... face a manslaughter or murder charge....
... He confessed to police that he and Taylor met the woman at a local restaurant. Collier claimed that Taylor gave the girl a “green pill” as they walked on Ocean Drive. It was unclear from the arrest report whether she took the pill willingly, or if she was given it surreptitiously....
... Walking into the hotel, the detective testified, the woman was staggering enough that Taylor had to hold her up as they walked into the elevator. “The defendant was holding her from behind, holding her by the neck so she could stand,” Alsina said.
At the hotel, Collier claimed, they each had sex with the woman, and at one point, Taylor forced himself on her as she appeared to be unconscious, the report said.
“The fact that the victim was under the influence of alcohol and narcotics, she could not have consented to sex with the defendants,” according to the police report.
When it became clear the woman was unconscious, the men stole cash, credit cards and her phone and left her in the room “without any concern for her welfare or safety.”

Which makes it a MUCH more despicable crime, doesn’t it? Because “young” and “dumb” means WEAK and VULNERABLE doesn’t it? And ANYONE who assaults such a person deserves to be severely punished, and if causing that person’s death, needs to be executed within a matter of days not years or decades after their crime.

Both should be executed before Easter.

You obviously have no sense of humor, no sense of irony, no understanding of life and absolutely no regard for fellow Freepers. I made an ironic statement based on the obvious fact that these murderers, on spring break, were never in college. Spring break once was a college tradition. Concurrently, there are hordes of feral negroes in Miami on spring break causing all kinds of trouble this week; none of which ever attended college and most of which are illiterate. My irony is obvious given the any knowledge of the two murderers and what is occurring in Miami. However, my irony is concurrently subtle. There is a tinge of double irony, because it makes an indirect statement about colleges and universities in America. You see, they expel white students for being politically incorrect and for being conservative and just for being white. They push an agenda of systematic racism and white priveledge into minds full of mush. They celebrate the culture of these two murderers. They celebrate the culture of all the thugs in Miami this week. They bend over backwards to the exclusion of whites. It is almost conceivable that colleges would celebrate the lives of these two murderers. Expelling these two murderers probably would require tremendous debate of college administrators with some looking for methods of how they could give them a second change, simply because of their race.

I don’t disagree with any point you’ve made in this post, but you need to understand that: (1) I was commenting only to your post #22, and I usually don’t trace back to see if some related comments might have been previously posted; and (2) certainly you cannot expect anyone, having read your one sentence comment, to discern the multitude of subtle innuendos you allude to here! Oh, and one other thing, have you read that the two criminals never attended college? I haven’t seen that mentioned anywhere.
