“Why is the identity not known?”

It seems from what little we know, that police would have a good ID by now. No telling what else they’ve encountered. Sometimes, things aren’t as they appear to be at first. We’ll see.

If you have a true nutcase in your possession (as the police)...consider the conversation you’d be having with the guy, and that it makes no sense as you ask the same five questions over and over....getting no sense out of the guy.

You gaze at this nutcase, and eventually will envision that probably over 10,000 nutcases like this exist in the US, and things are mostly unsafe because you can’t do much of anything with them.

All:

We as a nation need a choice to make between freedom and "recreational" drugs. And no, we aren't required to prove that each mass murderer, beyond any doubt, was under the influence or mentally ill in the long term as a result of drug abuse or drugs that should not have been prescribed (psychotropic, etc.). Families and others are bound to hide histories of drug abuse for mass murderers.
