This story is inaccurate. The woman was at the Gaylord Rockies Resort, which is a gigantic resort and convention center near DIA. She ordered the coffee there and it seems Gaylord and her bank have been pointing fingers at each other. A local TV station is now on the story and it seems they will finally undo the transaction.
Unfortunately, she used a debit card which is linked to her checking account. Had she used a credit card she could have gotten it reversed right away.
