Three down, one to go.
Three of the stars of a viral video showing four women viciously attacking Popeye’s drive-thru employees at lunchtime on March 16 have been arrested.
A Friday tweet from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that Brianna Toombs, 19; Chloe Hernandez, 21; and Joanna Ceidi, 10; were all slapped with battery as well as burglary with assault charges. One suspect remains at large.(snip)
According to a police report, investigators at first thought the chaotic scene was merely a “disturbance call,” but then determined it was a robbery.
Authorities say while the vicious beatdown was in progress, one woman reached through and grabbed an unspecified amount of money from the register.
The victim, an assistant manager, told deputies that she was working the drive-thru and processed the suspects’ order, which came out to $8.54. She said one of the women in the car paid her, then asked for honey, which the worker says she placed on a tray.
When the victim extended the tray, the customer got closer and slapped her cheek, the complaint says. The employee ignored her, said “God bless you,” and began serving their drinks when the same woman went to slap her again.
That’s when another two other Popeye’s employees stepped in to help, and the massive fight erupted. In the middle of the attack, the victim said the woman who asked for the honey pepper-sprayed and spit on her.
Officers were able to track down the occupants of the car with the help of the video. Their car turned out to be a rental from Enterprise, which helped authorities.
When asked why the assault happened initially, Toombs told arresting officers that the friends weren’t happy with the customer service they received and the Popeye’s employee was “rude.”

I had a girlfriend whose mother had a fast food Asian place in some hell hole on the west side of Chicongo. It was so bad, they had a small door the size of a breadbox (If anyone remembers those) through which people would give their money and through which they would give the food.
One day, some guy stuck his hand holding a gun through that door and tried to rob them. Her brother sneaked around with a cleaver and chopped the guy’s hand off, gun and all.
They called the police who collected the weapon and hand and never heard from anyone again regarding the matter.
They later installed a revolving door through which to take payment and serve food but no hands or weapons could pass.
Weed & hoochi-mamma thinking. Never a good combination.
You couldn’t pay Laz to tap any of them.
The perp photos are no surprise. One has to wonder what “ethnicity” the victim is. /s
That’s why I said “if he had”
;)
You could probably pay him to double tap them.

Maybe someone should ask him.
A center mass shot should be a no brainer.

They just be having fun on spring break.
And everybody knows that Popeye be a racist white supremacist.
I’d have never guessed.
Just three nuns on their lunch hour doing good works...
They will walk no-bail and return to that Popeye’s for payback...
“Naturally, violence was the only resort.”
As the actor Kevin Sorbo recently pointed out on Facebook: when words don’t work anymore, when the validity of speech is rejected, all you have left is violence.
Those are my word, but his point is well taken and, as you indicate, demonstrated by this “news story”.
“Her brother sneaked around with a cleaver and chopped the guy’s hand off, gun and all.’
Oh man, guess that took him by surprise! A hell of a town!
Prison bidjes.
A Popeyes has an endless supply of hot oil to ward off invaders.
Look at the interesting under eye tattoos two of them have.
Gang symbols maybe?
Can’t view it, requires a sign up....
Somewhere a painter is missing a paint brush.......
