No kidding. I guess we will begin seeing the term "unexpected" when the financials begin coming out. Of course, in non-Leftist Administrations like Trump's, the media and Democrats use "unexpected" when there is a rise in GDP, tax revenues and employment, and in Leftist Administrations, use "unexpected" to offset their earlier rosy predictions that get smashed as the "real" figures come out, when the GDP is stagnant, tax revenues drop, and unemployment rises.
It is always "unexpected" not, "...we did all we could to kill and regulate industry, increase energy costs and force industries out of the country, resulting in fewer tax paying Americans because unemployment is going up..."
THAT is ALWAYS "unexpected".
