Right now, the U$D is the world’s reserve currency. But when the U.S. loses the leader position the $26 trillion national debt becomes very real. Right now the dollar remains artificially stable because every country conducting commodity trades and other financial actions trade with U.S. dollars. China wants it to be either a basket currency or the Chinese Yuan, preference is the latter.
As China asserts its influence around the world----w/ plenty of help from the Bidens----this change in the world’s reserve currency will happen, when it does, it will be like someone pulled the plug on the U.S. financial system.
