“Martin Willis was an abductee? Do you have a link?”
No. A guy named Robert Hastings, subject of this video at the Martin Willis channel you provided the link to.

I tend to agree with Mack that "something" is going on, but what is it?
As Mack says, the accounts of many eyewitnesses are evidence sufficient for a court of law. Ergo, something is happening.
Mack and other scientists have established that this is not a hoax and that the individuals Mack has worked with are not mentally ill from a psychiatric perspective.
That does not mean that this is actually about alien abduction though.
I have studied sleep paralysis a bit and though that appeared to be a possibility for a while, it has been discarded. As an aside, sleep paralysis is sometimes a disturbing experience on a par with abduction. But Mack and other psychiatrist and sleep specialists concluded that whatever the abduction experience is, it is not sleep-paralysis despite there being some common elements. Though the hallucinations during sleep paralysis upon waking (hypnapompic) or going to sleep (hypnagogic) involve similar elements, many if not most of the abduction patients Mack was working with also had abduction experiences when fully awake. Hence, not sleep paralysis.
As you probably know, Mack has worked with hundreds of abduction patients. There are many, many more with similar experiences...perhaps millions.
