Triple cheese. Wild mushroom. Butternut squash. Ravioli can handle just about anything. It’s also one of America’s favorite foods. That’s why we’re proud to have Three Bridges along for our annual National Ravioli Day celebration on March 20. As you’ll see, this particular pasta goes back to the 14th century. No surprise there. Ravioli can work for any meal of the day — including dessert! The best part? You can have ready-made ravioli ready in about 10 minutes. Read on for a fun look at where ravioli came from — and a tasty preview of how you can enjoy all the varieties.

Dang, why do I always seem to find out about these kinds of things too late? Of course dinner last night *had* to be charred animal flesh. (And it was) To fly in the face of our idiotic governor’s idiotic meatless day proclamation. But I could have done some ravioli on the side. Note, at least 3 of my neighbors were out grilling too - very publicly defying our idiotic governor.

Dinner last night was a ton of panzerotti. I overworked myself.

We had lobster ravioli that day just by pure coincidence.

Nah, not much at all. I’ve been staying up until 5 the last few nights because my son had a severe allergic reaction to something until my husband takes over.

I made about 35 of the big ones (cheese and tomato sauce), 12 of the cheese and bacon in stick form and about 70 plain.

It was pretty good. Wife was down around Dallas a few days ago and hit a Whole Foods. It was nice with a little butter.
