Yes. Most companies, at least the ones with competent IT dept., set up proxy servers for outbound traffic. A black list is defined with verboten addresses e.g. porn. Or anything else “they” wish to limit. If you want free reign you can use your own damn equipment and pipe.

I got no problem with that.
