Liberals and such usually state that coaches should represent the skin color of the players in said League. I was told recently a white female reporter on ESPN was critical that an NBA team hired another white male for a head coaching position. She like others apparently prefers coaches hired by the race of athlete. Imagine of someone said players should be selected based on the skin color of the paying customer?!

It's even worse than that. The snowflakes are now demanding that the GM and people in the office have the same skin tone as the athletes.

There are 4 black head coaches in the NBA of 32 teams so 4/32 or 12.5%

Remarkably close to the 13% black population of the US.
