No problem.
Unless you are too disabled to bend over or lift about 25-30 lbs, those rope-cockers are cheap and easy to use.
I’m disabled and I can easily cock a 175# crossbow with a rope-cocker.
The rope cocker will reduce the force needed 4 to 1.
I looked at those, but the muscle in my shoulder that’s kaput is the exact one that does the most work in pulling things.
I miss archery. I was pretty good with a longbow at one time.
