Seriously. What is wrong with people who have dangerous dogs and little children?As the article explicitly states, the 3-year-old was playing in his own yard, which was protected by a fence, before the neighbors' dogs "somehow" managed to overcome the fence and attack the boy.

I saw the article state that the boy was playing in “a yard”, which made me wonder whether the writer was obfuscating or just bad at writing.
