This is stupid Soviet style indoctrination. The totalitarians in charge should remember the old adage, A man convinced against his will, is of the same opinion still. S—t don’t fly, never has, and never will.
Such training reinforces peoples opinion, and in many cases radicalizes them and breaks their trust in command leadership. When "Equal Opportunity" became "Affirmative Action", bringing quotas, discrimination and special treatment based on race, it created hate. The unintended consequence of forcing opinions is entrenching the opposite.
