They said everyone should get the vaccine and the CDC didn’t know if prior Covid infection would create natural immunity, you know, like the ordinary flu does. They said vaccine recipients would experience flu-like symptoms, which if we look at actual infection, is what we are trying to avoid. If you are infected but have no symptoms, who cares if you are infected?
They said the flu-like symptoms were a positive sign that the body was actively protecting us...so we can surmise that actual flu symptoms is an indication that the body is protecting us.
This is madness.
If actually getting the disease doesn’t trigger immunity what makes anyone think a cheap imitation in the form of a “vaccine” can? That’s like saying infant formula is superior to breast milk.
I think it is well established that prior infection by COVID (even if asymptomatic) provides strong immune response to future infection.
One of the major vaccine candidates (I think Merck), scrapped their vaccine development, because they said that natural infection would provide stronger protection.
