Absolutely miserable in Dubai during Ramadan. Muslims work 1/2 days with expats taking up the slack, all restaurants closed, food delivery services stopped. Mall food courts closed (except the Mall of the Emirates)
Often told to eat in a bathroom stall as not to offend Muslims.
It’s not local Emiratis who are offended, it’s usually Muslims from India who are the most butthurt and offended.
