I have never arrogated to myself any such authority, nor have I ever "decreed" anything here.
My reference to "shame" was intended entirely humorously (interesting that you took it seriously).
My job as a Facebook censor is neither here nor there; it pays well, but leaves me with a lot of unspent energies from which I can give freely here at FR.
