Here, the best preserved of the gold foil figures that were recently found at the site of Aska in Sweden. All the figures show couples embracing. (Image credit: Björn Falkevik)

That was a pretty nice bunch of new GGG topics, a big hand for the world's archaeologists.

I’m guessing ancient porn or left over party favors from a royal wedding.

Aww, I thought this was going to be Viking PornHub for a second… It is. The Vikings just had really poor production quality.

To me, it looks like a dog, with pigtails and a horn for a nose. Heh.

Swiving or leading thereto? “Swive” - act of copul****n. Middle English apparently from the Old English verb swīfan ‘move (along a course), sweep’.

“Dark Ages” is a political term. It has no context with this discovery. These are Viking pagan era finds.

They sure don’t look human, least of all Swedish.

The person on the right has an Elephant for a head and his elephant head is turned away from the person on the left.
The person on the left has a stranged shaped head too. Doesn’t seem to be a donkey. If it’s a rhino you can’t see the horn. Could be a hippo. Or a phone set from the 1970’s.
I think it’s a Dark Ages Make Sweden Great Again symbol.

Looks like Bacchus and his mother after he got her out hell and nailed her of course. This is Babylonian Paganism at its finest that spread all over the world in similar forms, from Mexico to China.
