Sovereign crime means your government was a participant, active or passive, enabling vote fraud.
Governors and secretaries of state refusing to cleanse voter rolls, refusing to check signatures for mail-in ballots – even during recounts, changing the voting rules weeks before an election, qualifies as your government messing with your vote.
The national government refusing to investigate the most egregious examples of voter fraud like hundreds of thousands of more ballots than voters in several states, that is a pretty good indicator that they are passive participants in industrial level vote fraud.
The refusal of the FBI to fully investigate Jesse Morgan’s truck with the hundreds of thousands of ballots going from New York to Pennsylvania – yet dispatching agents to a NASCAR location to investigate a garage pull-down they hoped was a noose – well, that’s a good indicator, too.

EXCERPT A clause in the bill’s section allocating funding states,“...an eligible State which receives a grant to replace a voting system under this section shall ensure that the replacement system is capable of administering a system of ranked choice voting under which each voter shall rank the candidates for the office in the order of the voter’s preference.“
In short, the new election systems funded by this bill will be able to count ranked ballots. While the bill does not expand where RCV elections are occurring, it will ensure many new states have voting systems that could administer an RCV election.
This is an important step, and should H.R. 1 become law, it will remove potential roadblocks to the future expansion of RCV.
As RCV gains momentum across the country, our elected officials demonstrate strong leadership by including this provision in flagship legislation to ensure cities and states are prepared to modernize their elections to RCV.

Voting is pretty much moot at this point and will only be valid IF the fraud perpetrated on US is rectified by declaring Trump the official winner due to MASSIVE VOTER FRAUD across multiple states, severe prosecution of those privy (numerous) to this sham, and a thorough expunging of all voter rolls with a re-registering of all voters with verifiable as well as valid ID. In addition, NO motor voter, mail-in ballots, or electronic machines of any kind will be allowed. Total reset back to the basics I say.
