Michelle Obama reacts to Meghan Markle’s racism claims
Former first lady Michelle Obama said it “wasn’t a complete surprise” to hear Meghan Markle detail alleged racism within the British royal family.
Obama was asked about Markle and Prince Harry’s bombshell sit-down with Oprah Winfrey in an interview with NBC’s “TODAY” show that is scheduled to air Tuesday.
Markle, 39, who is biracial, told Winfrey that someone in the royal family expressed “concerns” to Harry, 36, about “how dark” their son Archie’s skin would be.
Co-host Jenna Bush Hager said it was “heartbreaking” to hear Markle describe the conversation, adding, “she felt like she was in her own family — her own family thought differently of her.”

Biracial? Nope. Either she's black, or Obama was NOT black.
That she is mimicking Harry’s mother is DISTURBING. What a fool that Harry is....he is in the grip of a grifter. Poor Queen!
Aside from the very obvious fact that he isn’t in any way related to either the kenyan student who came to Hawaii penniless in 1959 and the schoolgirl who was still on Mercer Island in High School when they supposedly met, (and she didn’t show up in Hawaii until 1963) whatever else you wrote could be correct.
That ‘rich white lady’ you refer to might have been Madelyn Dunham, who worked in a Bank. Her husband sold insurance on the telephone after working as a salesman in a furniture store. It was her daughter who showed up with a toddler in 1963, and enrolled at the university in Honolulu.
That the kenyan student’s and the Dunham daughter’s names appear on a fake birth certificate, doesn’t make them a mother and father.
The Queen may be racist - I HOPE - but she will always 1000 times more CLASS and MANNERS when meeting heads of state then YOU PEOPLE EVER WILL. YOU PEOPLE will always have the textbook, stereotypically true, uncivilized lack of manners ,no matter how high ranking - like grabbing the Queen around the waist, or giving her a stack of DVDs.
