Close. She’s apparently Venezuelan. In some cases, these fake docs do have some medical training in their home country. They’re not competent, skilled or literate enough to get a U.S. license, but they (correctly) perceive this country as one that lets immigrants get away with a lot of crap, so they just go for it.
