Yes,Cuomo is scum.......but let’s not forget that the hugs from the other is for a reason. I don’t condone the male behavior yet females also have behavior. I give some benefit of doubt that most women simply are just very friendly and loving.
Well there are friendly hugs,and then more intimate hugs. You don’t hug your significant other the same way you hug your Aunt Betty. And there are situations, such as with people in the office, where it would be rare, if ever, that you would hug such people in the first place.
