Last year’s Grammys had 16.5M viewers according to a quick google search. Viewership had been falling by about a million viewers per year for the last several years. Then this year it totally fell off a cliff—a near fifty percent drop if my numbers are right. That should be the headline, or at least the lede, but instead it goes studiously unmentioned.
