I was driving on Sahara, Twain, and Decatur just last week....Las Vegas blvd has a lot of construction up near Sahara but otherwise, Tropicana for one seemed light on traffic....

Wrong way drivers inevitably turn out to be drunk illegal aliens, as are hit-and-run drivers. It is not uncommon for the names and descriptions of these folks to be omitted from news reports.
