It happened in Galveston, which is south of Houston about one hour. Gov. Abbott’s lifting of the mandate had some fine print which this lady evidently didn’t see: that if the business still wants you to wear a mask and you refuse, you can be arrested for trespass. Which is what happened. She was at the bank (Chase, iirc) to withdraw some money, so I’m hoping she moves all of it somewhere else!

I completely understand that businesses have the right to establish their own policies about everything that doesn’t discriminate. Such a store wouldn’t get my business, and I agree with your suggestion about returning to the bank with a mask and withdrawing ALL my money, never to return.
