LOL... I didn’t even see the paint can... I saw him wiping his hands with a towel and what looked like the remains of shaving cream or tissue bits on his face and red blood all over his shirt. I was like, “Damn, what did he use to shave with? A tin can?”

I did, too, at first... what the heck was on his face? Large pieces of tissue paper? Then I saw the can.
But the weird twist at the end.. the Chinese guy giving HER a pod.. what was she going to turn into???
That was just a weird commercial. But what do you expect from Communists?
