According to MonkeyWerx, sub hunting planes are continually searching off the coast of FL.

Is it:

Hunt for Red October?
Hunt for the nuke football Trump took?
Hunt for a sub acting as command center for trump?
Foreign sub?

Or as Wictor speculates, trump is on a sub and they are communicating with it?
