Initially, I thought the FF being used to portray Americans as violently anti-Asian was to set up a shield to protect Biden's overtures toward China (don't be a hater) but that didn't really fit well.

Instead, I think it's more likely the MSM and Biden’s administration are helping to fan the fake diplomatic disaster so they can later claim Biden called China and straightened the whole thing out like the master diplomat he is. The call of course would be declared confidential, but it would never actually take place because Biden can’t actually hold a conversation.

Faking a diplomatic impasse and then faking Biden’s masterful diplomatic success at resolving it would help them try to staunch the hemorraging of Biden’s shaky inability to climb stairs or otherwise function in public, and his inability to get other world leaders on the phone. Putin is laughing at him, challenging him to a debate. So faking China’s acceptance of Biden’s brilliance is the Deep State’s answer.
