I too am amazed at the things that I have only discovered long after I "should" have. This includes essential oils as I mentioned elsewhere, but also the Alexander Technique (a non-chiropractic method of re-aligning your body to improve functionality and reduce pain), Qi Gong, and the self-improvement gurus Jack Canfield and Tony Robbins.
When the student is ready, the teacher will appear. When the student is truly ready, the teacher is unnecessary.
