Even I know that! Which means they don't have ANYONE to advise them on protocol? That's why they previously boarded on the wrong ramps and Biden went up the stairs without carpet nearer the nose of the plane and i think it was press or entourage that boarded the second stairway with a red carpet near the tail of the plane.
So no one who would know these details is working with them? People who could help them are too afraid or not allowed to call the bunker/soundstage/abandoned airport. I guess the Hiden/Harris duo would never call out or share their number anyway.
In USSA (Soviet USA), dignitaries are photoshopped in and out, Potemkin planes are brandished (SEE, I got me a plane too! The paint job is almost done!). Motorcades are filmed on cell phone on empty roads and occupants are not seen, or to vague to identify, footage of reporters is layered with footage of Hiden and another of the grounds/Marine One.

See, I don't believe real Heels is at the Beacon House in D.C. They erected a fabric covered tenting over the walkway and someone said it was for security. I guess that means sniper? Like anyone on either side of the aisle wants Pelosi to 'rule' if they decide to help Biden exist the plane without a stairway in place?
I don't think real Biden and real Heels are in D.C. or go anywhere where they could be detained. I recall odd footage (isn't footage of them always off?) racing to board the plane like the cops were going to drive onto the tarmac, fishtailing at speed up the ramp and 'git em.'
If anyone is at Beacon house it's a double or someone that doesn't even look like Heels. They will probably make security as an excuse - too dangerous to let MAGA know where that idiot is. Same with Biden, to many security threats due to terrifying monster-MAGA.
I think Pelosi is meeting with congress and big name reporters are willing to interview her there. They had to leave her out there because she has to rule over congress including the few white hats in the House and Senate.
But Biden can't go to the White House and reporters with name recognition can't go to him ('cause they'd be followed) and likely wouldn't if they could (it won't go well for press caught in a bunker with fake Biden.)
I don't believe Pesaki goes to the BIden Bunker (they don't commute) but I believe press conferences are held in a fake press room in DC. Again, reporters would probably say that they met at an alternate location (Pelosi controls who accesses areas of the House, maybe a room there) due to security (Mad MAGA). White hat reporters could be sworn to secrecy for national security purposes.
We see crummy film fakery like there are no executive film makers guiding this 'project'. No standard crew (continuity, make up, someone to iron the drapes, a highly paid technician to determine the drapes need to be ironed) or advice ("take the tape off the carpet, we're not filming an episode of the television series Worst Wing").
I think they had enough time to do better than they have been doing, particularly given the importance (swinging from ropes) but they don't have access to resources.
I don't think they can afford to have people come and go - they know the satellites and Space Force are watching.
At one time, someone gave them access to soundstages and junior crew. Given the quality of the sleeve/microphone footage, it may have been edited by Biden himself, unless they no longer have access to him and are using drafts of video attempts designed to test technology.
That sleeve/microphone footage, for example, could be a rejected trial balloon until Hiden hadn't been seen at all and suddenly they needed to use it, warts and all.
If they had access to Hiden, I think they've had plenty of time for a SOTU. If he's in such a decline that he can't function, you'd think they'd deep fake one. Maybe they just can't get a deep fake to say "Malarkey" or "touch my leg hair".
Someone posted footage on thread of technology that made it possible to portray actors in futuristic landscapes - they don't seem to have access to that, or expertise, or comms. GOOD! If they were in China they would have access to technological expertise and would likely have deep faked the SOTU.
What do their Chinese owners think watching Biden try to bound up the stairs? Proud of their boy? Glad they built their strategy on him?

In hindsight, I was thinking of known security situations. Where Monkey Werx talks about training wherein AF1 and AF2 both take off and separate. Or Trump alone in the White House on Christmas etc. WHen it’s high alert.
Technically, with the White House surrounded with NG and the Deep Staters explaining it away as protection from MAGA, and the excuses likely to be made for studios and fakery (MAGA FEAR), they are simulated dire threat to the President/Vice President.
Deep Staters are claiming it’s so dangerous she has a fabric awning covering the entrance/exit etc. of Beacon House and Nancy Pelosi asking for the NG to have machine guns, they have zero reason to have the two traveling together. If on high alert - the SS wouldn’t allow it.
