They are full of crap. If the vaccines produce sufficient levels of antibodies against the COVID-19 virus - and the FDA, that most cautious of federal bureaucracies, says they do - then masks, social distancing, etc. are completely unnecessary.

And Biden...well, Biden is a senile fool.
