Per his logic smallpox should never have been eradicated. Some virus samples should have become vaccine resistant (”immune escape”) and mutated into a monster virus. But what really happened ? Worldwide vaccination led to the worldwide eradication of smallpox.
B.) We get flu shots every year and super flu hasn't emerged.
C.) The countless other vaccines we have employed against the various viruses have been nothing but successful in reducing the prevalence of deadly viral diseases like Polio, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Haemophilus influenzae type b, Diphtheria, Pertussis, Tetanus, Cholera, Small Pox, Rabies, Hepatitis, etc, etc
