Go to the link and watch the video. It was barely moving when they climbed on and accelerated to 5 mph and hit the brakes, forcing them off. The “victims” didn’t even fall down. The car “took off like a shot” after they were off.
I saw it live from a different angle. The police car continues about 2 blocks picking up speed with kids chasing it. Pretty sure the second kid hung on that whole time. Had I been the cop I would have kept going cause those “kids” might very well have killed him.
