I think your analysis is spot on with this issue. I don’t see the Supreme Court siding with freedom on this. And I absolutely am against compulsory vaccination. I think anyone should be allowed to chose what’s best for them on vaccination and understand the risks or and of not being vaccinated. As far as I see it the unvaccinated person assumes the risk of getting the disease
What I am also concerned about is the weasel plaintiffs bar running around suing the crap out of companies if some one contracts the virus. It’s a double edge sword.
But Robert’s will indeed screw us and I am not sure ACB is much better so far.

No, not yet, not enough to judge her on. I will say that expecting the kids (ACB included) on the Supreme Court to be strong enough to stand up to Roberts and give Texas a hearing was a long-shot, as those kids were raised in our already-destroyed educational system, and therefore had no clue as to the implications of allowing an election steal to go uncontested, or for that matter, have no clue as to just who they’re empowering (hint, these aren’t JFK Democrats anymore).
