We need to revive the Locrian tradition of, "that a man who shall propose to make any new law shall do it with a rope about his neck, which he shall be strangled in, if he does not carry his point: which has been such a guard and defence to the laws, that there has been but one new one made in MORE THAN TWO HUNDRED YEARS."

1)This noose custom only applied to the commoners as aristocrats could still act as they liked outside of legal constraint. Am I in error, could someone correct me please?
2)Locrian law could still be “interpreted” by enforcers as it is today. Today we just allow the definitions of the legal terms to change as needed by the powerful. Am I wrong about this, could you please correct me with my sincere thanks?
