You’re correct, LBJ was responsible for the murder of Jack Kennedy with a little help from his friends. It was personal for LBJ (Kennedy intended to drop him from the ‘64 ticket and expose his involvement in several scandals: Billy Sol Estes, North American Aviation’s Navy Fighter boondoggle, and Bobby Baker’s ties to organized crime.)
For LBJ’s helpers the Joint Chiefs of Staff wanted to stop JFK from withdrawing from Vietnam. Kennedy had announced all US forces would be home before the end of 1964 with the first 1000 troops home before Christmas 1963.
The CIA planned the assassination in retaliation for JFK’s refusal to provide US air support during the Bay of Pigs fiasco and for firing both Allen Douglas, Director of Central Intelligence, and the Deputy Director, Charles P Cabell (brother of Dallas mayor Earle Cabell) and the for the shut down of CIA’s planned follow-up invasion of Cuba: Second Naval Gorilla. Kennedy intended to ‘splinter the CIA into a 1000 pieces and scatter it to the winds.’
Big oil provided resources and funding because JFK intended to end the Oil Depletion Allowance in his second term.
The mob wanted revenge for JFK’s betrayal. They had supported him in both the Democrat Primary Election and in the General Election and expected at least a level of benign neglect, if not outright protection, from indictment, for their efforts to rig the West Virginia Primary and Illinois in the General. Mob bosses were outraged that Attorney General Robert Kennedy was on a nationwide crusade against organized crime so they decided to help CIA cut off the snake’s head.
The Secret Service was also deeply involved in facilitating the assassination. They changed the venue for JFK’s speech so they could reroute the motorcade in order not only bring Kennedy to Dealey Plaza but also to slow the Presidential limousine to 15 MPH so the assassins would have an easy target. (Standard protection protocols demanded minimum speeds of at least 45 MPH in open top seating situations and that all windows overlooking the motorcade route be closed. Further, protection protocols required an omnipresent military security force dispersed among the crowd. The Secret Service enforced none of these clear standards on November 22nd 1963. Nor did the SS car maintain a 4 foot distance behind the President’s limo as specified in standard protection protocols, nor were SS personnel stationed on the rear of Kennedy’s limo on special bumper steps with hand holds installed on the trunk (protecting the President from being shot from behind) as the limo slowed to make an acute left turn under the open windows of the Texas School Book Depository (owned by a member of Big Oil). Incidentally, when the first audible shots rang out only one SS officer, Clint Hill, reacted by jumping off the chase car’s running boards and sprinting to aid the stricken President. He was also a last minute addition to the SS Presidential Protection Detail. Clint Hill was Jackie Kennedy’s favorite SS man, she trusted him, and she had refused to accompany her husband to Texas without Hill there to protect them.
FBI was also involved in the assassination up to Hoover’s chinny chin chin. Before the assassination in grooming Lee Oswald to be the designated ‘patsy’ and later to controle evidence and intimidate witnesses to the Warren Investigation. (What was on the note Oswald left at Dallas FBI headquarters addressed to Special Agent Hosty, and why did Hosty later destroy that evidence, tear it up and flush it down the toilet? Isn’t that an obvious felony, and an especially egregious one given its likely bearing on the accusation that Oswald was actually working undercover for the FBI, or thought he was?
And, there’s so much more, but it’s late, I’m tired and few readers are going to get this far anyway. So, enough for now. I’ve been at this since that awful day when when the USA ceased to be the land of the free. The origins of almost all our present day problems and be traced back to the coup d’etat that murdered a sitting President and launched the Vietnam War.
Anyone who swallows the yarn about Lee Oswald being the ‘lone assassin’ just hasn’t done his homework. The only people who believe the Warren Report are those who haven’t read it.
PS: Just for fun, take note that in the entire world history of high level political assassinations Lee Oswald is the only alleged assassin to have made his getaway on a city bus.
As for the murder of Vince Foster I can’t say for sure, but I’d put money on Hillary in a NY second.

For the most part, what you posted agrees with the research I’ve done. A couple of minor corrections.

JFK had signed an executive order to remove 1000 troops from Viet Nam by the end of 1963, and all 17,000 by the end of 1965. Not 64.

I think, but I’m not positive, Oswald was recruited to be the designated patsy, and thought he was working for, the CIA, not FBI. I’m not sure the FBI itself, other than Hoover, had much to do with it. Hoover was aware JFK planned to replace him after the 64 election, he wanted to keep his job. The CIA was pissed because JFK refused to send air support in the Bay of Pigs mess. The cuban rebels were CIA trained and funded.

Hoover hated JFK probably as much as LBJ did. According to what I’ve read, Hoover was up to his eyeballs in mafia contacts/friends too. Spent his vacations in a mob owned hotel in wackifornia, pissed off Jimmy Hoffa one year when he had to vacate the presidential suite because Hoover wanted it.

The Zapruder film proves Oswald was not the only shooter, that shot came from the front, near eye level or slightly below, Oswald was well above and behind, 6 floors up. His head was knocked backward, and a pink cloud of blood and brains sprayed behind him. Only possible from the front. Physically impossible if Oswald was where they claim he was, in a 6th floor window behind the car.

Several witnesses stated they heard shots from the “grassy knoll” area, or saw puffs of smoke there. Several smelled gunpowder, including at least one cop. Impossible if the shots came from the 6th floor. Zapruder said he heard shots behind him, he was on a raised concrete pad between Oswald’s position and the grassy knoll.

Oswald was also tested for gunshot residue, it was gound on both hands, but NOT on his right cheek. That means he might have fired a handgun, but definitely not a rifle, gsr would also be on his face if he shot a rifle. I think he probably brought the rifle, it was his, for someone else to use.

Empty rounds found at the Tippet scene were not 38 special, they were 38 auto. Different critter. Brands were also mixed. 2 of one brand, 2 of another, while slugs taken from Tippet’s body were 3 and 1. Try to find Conspiracy of Silence”, by one of the doctors who treated both Kennedy and Oswald. He lists several other inconsistencies, as well as some you listed. Witnesses also saw a man who did not fit Oswald’s description running away, carrying a semi auto, not a revolver. Oswald had a .38 revolver. And he knew he had been set up.

The same doctor also said he recieved a call from LBJ while Oswald was in the ER, telling him they had a man in the ER ready to take a “deathbed confession” from Oswald. So less than a half hour after Oswald was shot, LBJ had someone in the ER, armed, ready to get a confession from an unconscious suspect???

Jack Ruby was sent to Dallas years before, by the mob, to be the mafia “police fixer” there. He was originally a Chicago hood. That’s how he got into the police station, he was friends with most of their 1200 member police force and was there almost daily to begin with. Cops could drink after hours at his club any night, he gave away dozens of cases of whisky at Christmas. The cop on duty at the jail said Ruby was nervous and sweating profusely, asked for a cigarette, obviously very agitated, until he found out Oswald had died, then he immediately calmed down. When he offered another cigarette, Ruby said he didn’t smoke. He said it was obvious Ruby’s life depended on Oswald being killed.

90 seconds after the shooting, the building superintendant and a Dallas cop were in the 2nd floor cafeteria. Oswald was identified there, drinking a coke. Asked where he was during the shooting, he said there in the cafeteria having lunch. The cop saw no reason to believe he was being deceptive, he was not sweating or out of breath, calm and not apprehensive.

We’re supposed to believe he shot 3 rounds in 5.8 seconds, not easy to do with that particular rifle and have any accuracy at all, then hide the gun, run down 4 flights of stairs, wolf down lunch, and polish off half a coke (probably a bottle in those days) in 90 seconds, never break a sweat, and appear calm and collected when questioned by a cop????

Also. 3 empty rounds were found where the shots were fired. But one of those was discolored, and found 6 feet or so from the other two. I’ve been a shooter since age 5, I’ve shot everything but full auto, and I’ve never seen a shotgun, rifle or pistol, pump, bolt, semi auto or lever gun, that would sling ONE empty casing 6 feet from the others you just fired. I’d have to move several feet to get my single barrel breakover 12 ga to do that.

Also, in addition to the possibility LBJ would be off the ticket in 64, which I think was true, he and the Kennedys hated each other in the first place. LBJ had to blackmail them to get the VP spot at all, no way would they pick him as running mate of their own free will. I say they, because John and Bobby did everything together, politically.

John said LBJ embodied everything he hated about DC politics, Bobby called him an ogre. LBJ called them a pair of new england sissy boys. Blackmail was the only way LBJ could have gotten the nod, (he didn’t have the money to bribe a Kennedy) and all of DC knew it. Why was it no scandal?

There is so much more it’s just insane. Why was Kennedy’s body sent out of Dallas in a wooden casket wrapped in a white sheet, but got to DC with the brain missing (never seen again) and in a gray metal casket, and a body bag?

Why werecthe doctors who did the autopsy blundering idiots who hadn’t done an autopsy in years, if ever?

Why didn’t they trace the path of at least 2 shots in kennedy’s back and neck? Dr Crenshaw (treated JFK in tbe ER) said thr one in his neck was definirely an entry wound and from the front, the shot that took off half his head also came from the front. He saw gunshot wounds almost daily, he was on ER duty at Parkland on a regular basis for several years at that time, so he was very familiar with what they looked like. His book is excellent.

Why did the secret service take the body out of Parkland, where the autopsy should have been done by Texas state law, at gunpoint?

Why was it the secret service detail with JFK went out drinking (illegally) until 3am, while the LBJ detail was in the hotel asleep and stone cold sober?

Why did the white house switchboard suddenly go non functional at the very same time as the shooting, for about 20 minutes if I remember correctly. Why was most of the cabinet in the air over Japan? Or was it Phillipines...that never happened.

Why did around 50 witnesses die in the next several years, some of them under very suspicious circumstances?

So many questions, no answers, and almost everyone personally involved is now dead.

Oswald was killed so he couldn’t blab about the conspiracy. Once he realized he had been set up, he was guaranteed to talk. Ruby was used because he could get into the police station easily, and could find out when they planned to transfer Oswald to the county lockup.
