When I reported for first year orientation at my Ivy League law school, some of my white classmates and I were shocked to find out that our black and Hispanic classmates had been on campus for a week taking seminars on how to study, take exams, etc. Nobody was kidding themselves. These students (with a few obvious exceptions) were not as qualified and prepared as their non-minority peers.
On an earlier thread, someone posted a list of political contributions apparently by the fired adjunct professor (someone with that name which can hardly be a common one)—all either to Democratic candidates or to left-wing organizations.

I am curious how she knew who were the lower ranked students.” - You are spot on. I would love to better understand how she knew the class rank of the black students or was this available after grading? Blinded merit based grades are a real measuring stick that isn’t racially tainted.
Exactly...if her comment was factual, is it a complaint or an observation?
Universities don’t like people pointing out that the net result of Affirmative Action is admitting unprepared and unqualified students who will fail.
Affirmative Action harms the kids it’s supposed to help, by tossing them into situations where they cannot compete, whereas they could make it at another school.
It’s like tossing the average person into an NFL defensive line.
