you cant take someones property without due process. The government is stealing from the landlords who still have the pay their mortgages.

When the lockdown/business-closures were decreed a year ago, those businesses were effectively “taken”, as they may have still been owned, but they were no longer usable.
Landlords shouldn’t have to make mortgage payments either then? I think this is just grandstanding Because the brunt of the pandemic appears over.
