I’ve noticed that as well. It’s very odd, and very troubling. Today’s leftists are driven to suppress all ideas but their own. Anyone who disagrees with them on any topic must be shouted down.
These leftists see themselves as “progressives”. But they are really fascists.
Leftists will readily become snitches for Big Brother. Schools have been teaching children to snitch for years now. “See something, say something” was a precursor.
I have turned away from some D acquaintances, one an old friend, but only after they first demeaningly jabbed at my conservatism.
