But they do care! To cut down on knife attacks at least, “knife surrender bins” have been placed all around London (seriously).

It’s a shame Churchill never thought of a “Nazi bomb surrender bin” during WW II. I guess Churchill just wasn’t as clever as these modern Brits.

If they are putting boxes out like that...I see them as instant armories that can be torn open and the weapons taken!
