I know several elderly folks (well over 65) that have been told by medical personnel (relatives) to go to such & such a vaccine center & there would likely be extra shots because people aren’t showing up. Those driving the elderly to get their shots have also gotten shots, even though they weren’t in the qualified group (they were under 65), because they don’t want to waste the vaccines. This has happened in a couple of places (different states) & a couple of times, so it doesn’t appear to be a ‘one off’ .... many folks are not showing up to be vaccinated. On the other hand, I also know folks going absolutely batsh!t crazy (no exaggeration) trying to get their jabs .... life is evidently impossible to live unless vaccinated (and every single one of them going nuts thinks they will be immune from COVID if they get the jab & that is not true).

So, to each his own - it should be a personal choice.

It should definitely be a personal choice. Personally, I chose to get the Moderna vaccine, and have had no issues from it.
