Apparently Joe has yet to talk with any foreign leaders assigning that task to Kamala. Isn’t an important part of being POTUS is to establish relationships with foreign leaders especially close allies ? Joe is slipping fast and certainly is beyond being able to handle the duties of President. Sooner or later Joe has to make a public address and answer questions or the entire charade of him being mentally OK is done. At this point any public event would be a disaster as Joe can’t even read a teleprompter is a carefully scripted situation without screwing up.
I’m surprised that Joe haven’t had a press conference by now. We’ll know it will be a sham. 10 preselected questions from vetted reporters. 20 minutes. Joe would had a week or two to practice answering questions with his handlers. So he should be able to pull this off. Just use the same drug cocktail that he used to debate President Trump back in October.
