The possibility of a non-partisan DOJ is laughable under any modern Democrat administration, and especially the Biden administration. Biden's promise to "depoliticize" the DOJ was yet another bit of gaslighting, since the implication is that it was Trump who politicized it in the first place.

But Trump fought a losing battle to DEPOLITICIZE it, and Biden was just saying that it's now back to business as usual. We already saw this with the dropping of charges against many BLM rioters, even as the DOJ and FBI aggressively pursue anyone who was near the Capitol on January 6th.
